  IKFKOS connects with our Finnish partners in north and south. Workshops in different forms will take place April 28 - May 3. If you are interested in connecting with us, we go public at these venues and these times. IKFKOS, Teatermaskinen, The Outpost and Vision Forum organise the festival, Transformation IV in Sweden June 9-14, 2026. It takes a slightly different format than the previous iterations. The participating musicians focus on animism and shamanism and how contemporary music can learn form these practices.D uring their visit to Sweden, the musicians work together with a Sami shaman. They do so without letting go of the focus on biofeedback that has been the hallmark of the previous festivals. Public events will take place on June 12 and at The Outpost and in a Sami kåta both outside Riddarhyttan in central Sweden. Workshops with local musicians will also be held in Stockholm. Transformation IV is, as the name indicates, the fourth festival. Previous festivals have been organised in Sweden, France and Belgium as well as an online version in 2020.
