IKFKOS and Vision Forum organises the festival, Transformation IV in Sweden June 9-14, 2026. It takes a slightly different format than the previous iterations. The participating musicians focus on animism and shamanism and how contemporary music can learn form these practices and during their visit to Sweden, the musicians work together with a Sami shaman. They do so without letting go of the focus on biofeedback that has been the hallmark of the previous festivals. Public events will take place on June 12 and at The Outpost and in a  Sami kåta (traditional Sami house) both outside Riddarhyttan in central Sweden. Workshops with local musicians will also be held in Stockholm. Transformation IV is, as the name indicates, the fourth festival organised in different geographic locations.
